If you live in California, Florida, or Mississippi, you have the option to skip the online store and order wine directly from me. Go to our Explore Our Wines page, pick the wines you want, and send me an e-mail or call. I will invoice you for payment. I accept major credit cards or Zelle.
Our wines are sold at the Lodi Wine and Visitor Center located in the Appellation Lodi Wine and Roses Resort and Spa complex. The tasting room is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm.
Jenner Family Estates offers free UPS Ground shipping nationwide year-round. You must have someone 21 years of age or older at your delivery address to sign for your wine. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, or Virginia.
Wine shipments to the Eastern and Southwestern U.S. during the summer must go UPS 2nd Day Air. Through the end of September, we will charge customers in these states a premium of $7.50 per bottle ($9.75 for orders of less than one case), which is approximately the difference between UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air. If you live in a state that is affected, this shipping premium will automatically appear when you check out.
The minimum purchase for shipping is 6 bottles. Our Vinoshipper online store will let you order 2 bottles of a particular wine, but we will only ship orders with a total of 6 or more bottles. You can mix and match different wines at no extra charge.
Jenner Family Estates offers free delivery to Lodi and surrounding areas through September 1 (generally from Sacramento through Tracy, Livermore, and the Fremont/Milpitas area). Wine club members in these areas who place an order directly with me will receive a 15% (credit card) or 20% (cash) discount in addition to their wine club discounts. Club members in these areas who use Vinoshipper and select "Local Delivery" will receive a 10% discount in addition to their wine club discounts. The "Local Delivery" option in Vinoshipper is programmed by zip code, so contact me if you live in one of these areas but do not see the "Local Delivery" option. Local deliveries outside of Lodi and Stockton may be held for up to two weeks to combine with other deliveries.
We can now ship wine directly to Mississippi residents, except in those dry counties where alcohol sales are not allowed. Check the state's wet/dry map to see if alcoholic beverages are allowed in your area. For a limited time, wine club members in Mississippi get an additional 10% discount to help offset the excise tax.
For your convenience, we can take your order directly by phone or e-mail. We can accept payment by credit card or Zelle. We can also accept cash, check, or PayPal by special arrangement. We can accept multi-case orders or orders less than 6 bottles by special arrangement, depending on the location and time of year. Contact us if you have special requirements.

You can contact us to cancel your order any time before it is picked up by UPS, which is usually about 24 hours after you place the order. We do not issue refunds on wine that has been shipped or delivered but will gladly provide replacement bottles for any wine that is damaged during shipment or has a standard recognizable wine fault such as cork taint, volatile acidity, leaky cork, or microbial spoilage.
Because wine is sensitive to extreme heat and cold, we reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme weather events along the route..
