Jenner Family Estates offers free UPS Ground shipping nationwide year-round (see the Wine Shipping Notice at the bottom of this page for exceptions) You must have someone 21 years of age or older at your delivery address to sign for your wine. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, or Utah.
The minimum purchase for shipping is 6 bottles. Our Vinoshipper online store will let you order 2 bottles of a particular wine, but we will only ship orders with a total of 6 or more bottles. You can mix and match different wines at no extra charge.
Jenner Family Estates offers free delivery to Lodi and surrounding areas through September 15 (generally from Sacramento through Tracy, Livermore, and the Fremont/Milpitas area). Wine club members in these areas who place an order directly with me will receive a 15% (credit card) or 20% (cash) discount in addition to their wine club discounts. Club members in these areas who use Vinoshipper and select "Local Delivery" will receive a 10% discount in addition to their wine club discounts. The "Local Delivery" option in Vinoshipper is programmed by zip code, so contact me if you live in one of these areas but do not see the "Local Delivery" option. Local deliveries outside of Lodi and Stockton may be held for up to two weeks to combine with other deliveries.
We can now ship wine directly to Mississippi residents, except in those dry counties where alcohol sales are not allowed. Check the state's wet/dry map to see if alcoholic beverages are allowed in your area. For a limited time, wine club members in Mississippi get an additional 10% discount to help offset the excise tax.
For your convenience, we can take your order directly by phone or e-mail. We can accept payment by cash, check, credit card, Zelle or PayPal. Contact us to make special delivery or purchase arrangements.
We offer wine club pricing to members of the military, veterans, and our colleagues in the wine industry. Contact us to receive your Discount Code.
You can contact us to cancel your order any time before it is picked up by UPS, which is usually at least 24 hours after you place the order. We do not issue refunds but will gladly provide replacement bottles for any wine that is damaged during shipment or has a standard recognizable wine fault such as cork taint, volatile acidity, leaky cork, or microbial spoilage.
Because wine is sensitive to extreme heat and cold, we reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme weather events along the route. During the summer and early fall, we may require you to pay the difference between two-day air and ground shipping.
